gemsy - Super healthy naman ng sisig na gusto mo. The key to cooking sisig that is not made out of pork or fat is to saute it until try. So you can marinade the bangus or tofu in soy sauce and calamansi, or maybe vinegar and soy sauce. It depends how you like to flavor your sisig. Then you need to pan fry in oil, garlic and sili until it is dry enough to mimic crispiness. You can then add onions last since this adds to the crunch. I dont have a sizzling plate so I prefer to serve and eat immediately after cooking so its still hot.
