Good to know your faith in Lumpiang Shanghai was restored! My family loves Lumpian Shanghai. My lola makes the best lumpia and the ones she makes are just like the ones you ate, packed with ingredients and not just the wrapper! I a bit finicky when it comes to iced tea.
