There's TOSH in SM cebu city. the place looks nice and its like you are in manila because almost all of there staffs are from manila. the food is great and as always very affordable. well on my way back to manila after sinulog. many people in the place eating spaghetti. they have combo meals as well.... yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyy............. Spaghetti Lover.
